Say goodbye to George's Garage in the 9th Street area of Durham. It has closed its doors for good as the lease was up and George did not want to renew. What are your thoughts? Will it be missed? What would you like to see come to the open space as part of the 9th Street revitalization project?

Former Chef at George's Garage, Adam Smith, has landed at Restaurant Eden on Shannon Rd. in Durham. Website is intriguing and we will check it out. Anyone been there yet?

Went for lunch two weeks ago. The food was good but not special. They tout local ingredients but the peach cobbler was made wit hwhat tasted like canned peaches–in the middle of peach season.
