Has this place opened?  I'd be interested to hear about it if anyone has gone.  The idea and the story and the menu both seem great for this location.

I actually went to Beyu last night (12/28/09) and it was definitely open. I just went for drinks, but did take a peek at the lunch and dinner menu.  It looks good, a little safe on the food side, but reasonable prices compared to other nearby options.

They also have breakfast, in addition to lunch and dinner. Not sure of the times.
