While I enjoy restaurant week and what it tries to do, the actual deals to be had and the lack of options at any given place make me a cautious chooser.

We had the Triangle Restaurant Week lunch at Jujube today. The miso and tofu soup, duck bahn mi and green tea ice cream with cookie were all delicious. We each ate half of our sandwich and took half home for tonight’s dinner.

We are big fans of Jujube for dinner, but had never gone for lunch before.
